Block 9 Viper remini enhanced
Vipers,
Parkburn Terrace
Vipers bugloss, that wonderful Central Otago wildflower, ran wild on this site before it was established as a vineyard.
This East-Facing vineyard beneath the Pisa ranges is perhaps our most complex; eleven hectares split into nine blocks, and five aspects. Thanks to this layout, the ripening process stretches out as many as 10 days from block to block. A great benefit of this is that elevated complexity and blending options can be achieved.
