Wine made in honour of Keith ‘Tiger” Thompson (1922 – 2004) our ebullient Cellar Door host for over 12 years.
The unique positioning of this vineyard paves the way for a leisurely ripening process, nurturing a gradual accumulation of flavour intricacies and gentle, velvety tannins. Wines emerging from these vines boast a distinctive, signature profile, presenting spice, aromatic red berries and delicate violet notes.
