Supply of Liquor to Minors
It is illegal to buy wine from us if you are under the age of 18. It is illegal if you falsify your details in order to buy wine if you are under the age of 18.
By providing your contact details you subscribe to receive future special offers, promotions plus information about special events from Chard Farm and from our agents, until such time as you request us to stop. Should you wish to opt out at any time simply let us know by phone or email. We will provide you with appropriate contact details every time we contact you.
Your details remain yours and may only be shared with our agents for the purposes of communicating Chard Farm offers only. They will NOT be sold or rented to any other companies.

Deliveries are taking a little longer due to Covid 19 restrictions
New Zealand Delivery Charges
Orders must be in multiples of 6 bottles: Freight free for orders of 12 or more bottles.
Overseas Shipping & Delivery
You will be charged in New Zealand dollars $50.00 freight for 12-15 bottles plus 10% for taxes and insurances. Delivery within 2-3 weeks. Contact us to discuss freighting options and costs. +64 3 4418452

Wine is packed in cardboard boxes with twin walled inserts, twin walled base and top pad for extra protection.
NZ delivery: Allow 3-5 working days.
Australia: Allow 2-3 weeks.
Overseas delivery: Time varies and is confirmed at the time of order confirmation to best suit your requirements.
If your order is delayed before dispatch, you will be advised and if this delay is unacceptable a full refund will be given.
Payments, Refunds & Online Security
This is a secure website which accepts payment by credit card only.
Chard Farm will appear on your cardholder statement.
Chard Farm will appear on the payment record.
Wines which are damaged on delivery are replaced immediately or a full refund is given.
If a wine is faulty and the customer is not happy with the wine which has been purchased we ask to be contacted immediately. A transaction may be cancelled at any stage before the despatch of the wine. A full refund will apply in such cases.
All credit card information is encrypted and completely secure. This means the information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system.
The online ordering & checkout pages are encrypted using a strong 128 / 256 bit, industry standard SSL Certificate.
