The Vipers Riesling is a beautiful medium Mosel style Riesling. It has the classic Central Otago acidity perfectly balanced with the sweetness of this versatile grape, which would be the perfect accompaniment with any cheeseboard this summer.
At first the nose shows wet stone and lime aromas, then opens up to a very complex array of musk, mint, wild herb and talc notes. In the mouth the wine is at the same time textural and light and the limey fruit dances across the palate to a beautifully balanced and lingering finish
