Bright ruby red. Intense aromas of dark red berry fruits and ripe plum give way to complex violet and subtle spice notes. The wine has ripe berry fruit flavours. It is supple and textural in the mouth, and the fine persistent tannins lead to a long, minerally finish. |

Early days for this beauty - we always see the Tiger unfolds after about 6 months in the bottle and gets better and better. Not a flash harry pompous style, rather elegant and with great Pinot typicite. Only small amounts produced so first up best dressed. Sorry limited to 6 bottles per order. Complex and fragrant aromas of apple blossom,limes, rock melon and slate. the fresh and textured palate shows good lime and stone flavours; the delicate acid and just enough sweetness on the long mineral finish finely balance the palate. |

Blackberry and plum fruit aromas with lifted dark spice and coffee notes. The wine is dense, dark and weighty in the mouth, with surprisingly silky tannins leading to an opulent and flavoursome finish. Infanticide if drunk within 6 months. Dark ruby red. Exotic red berry fruit with mild spice and earthy tones on the nose. In the mouth the wine displays good fruit weight and power. The complex fruit flavours are supported with integrated and velvety tannins through the palate, giving a fine, persistent and balanced finish. |

Chard Farm Pinot Gris 2009
The aroma is a heady perfume of pears, wild flowers with fine spicy/nutty notes. The wine is supple, weighty and full in the mouth, it oozes fruit texture and concentration. The long mineral finish nicely balances this beautiful wine. |
