It's that great time of the year when we finally get to pick those beautiful Pinot bunches and gorgeous fermentation aromas fill the Cellar. It's a lot of work, but very social and we eat and drink well - always a blast! We have a big team helping in the Cellar, often foreigners aka flying winemakers. This year we have Colby and Megan from Oregon, Erwin from Burgundy, Matt from Timaru and the prop's son Nico. And of course we have a massive team in the vineyard up to 30 people harvesting on any given day.
