Steven Joyce visits Chard Farm
12 May 2014
Steven Joyce the Minister for Economic Development paid a visit to the Central Otago wine community recently. The visit to Chard Farm was part of a regional tour, looking at some of the success story industries in the region and issues affecting them. He met with representatives of the local wine industry including Winegrowers Chairperson - Lucie Lawrence, Warwick Hawker of Pisa Estate, Rob Hay of Chard Farm and local NZTE representative Alan Richardson.
We put Steven to work plunging some pinot while he was here. Rob Hay and Lucie Lawrence helped out with some friendly advice.
