It takes a lot of beer to make good wine!

Chard Farm’s winemaker John Wallace cleaned up at the controversial local Lake Hayes A&P show beer brewing competition. John won gold and homebrew best of class for his CCCP Pilsner. The competition made national and even international headlines when local lass – Rachael Beer (yes true name, I kid you not!) was refused entry because she was of the wrong sex (again I kid you not!).
We've got a winner!
