It's very Valerian on the Farm!
29 November 2012
It's that gorgeous time of the year on the farm when our valerian is in full flower. Valerian is a Central Otago wild flower it seems to thrive in our harsh environment and produces very intense colours. This intense colouring is thought to be due to a combination of our highish UV light and mild continental climate with cool nights and warm days. Whatever it is theres a riot of colour out here on the farm
