It's a pressing time of the year

We're concluding a great vintage here in Central Otago and are now pressing off the Pinot ferments. It’s our first look at the quality potential of the vintage.  Impressions are, at this early stage – very clean, bright fruit, with great vibrancy and intensity, excellent colour and fine tight tannins.  2013 should be a Central Otago cracker!!
