Down on the farm

Our summer favourite at the cellar door, people cannot leave without one or two bottles of this mouth-watering Riesling. This new release is similar in style (off dry) but with some surprising refreshing lime on the front palate.
Enticing summer aromas of crisp green apple, fresh lime, white flowers and wet stone. The vivid and juicy fruit rolls through to the back of the palate like a wave, before slowly receding, revealing the stony acidity lying underneath.
Can be paired with anything juicy like a slow cooked pork belly or a baked camembert as that acidity cuts through the fat. But because of the lively nature of this wine you could enjoy it with a fresh salad or just good company.
